Each class will begin with guided breathwork, gradually building to a Hatha Vinyasa Flow class that focuses on moving with the breath and building a safe and strong practice. Participants of all levels and abilities are welcome.
In addition to the physical benefits of yoga, these classes will also offer the opportunity for deep rest and relaxation, allowing the body and mind to reset, restore, and tranquilize the nervous system.
Those interested can book online through the Portsmouth Cathedral website. We look forward to seeing you there!
